Weekend challenges

Yesterday we had the whole family here for a joint kids birthday party.  I let myself have a bit of all the food and of course today my weight is up a bit so today its back to pure and clean.  I went to step class yesterday morning, had a banana for breakfast which is really weird for me and not on Rita's list of things for me to eat.  Lunch was my usual chopped salad.  Then came all the appetizers - I had some cheese ball and crackers, 2 little antijitos, some veggies and dip.  Supper was my linguine chicken tetrazini and I had a small portion, although it tasted so good I was dying to scarf down a huge plate of it - but I didn't.  Some salads, one piece of garlic bread.  A tiny piece of cheesecake for dessert.  Basically I did what Rita told me to - had a cheat meal.  Also a glass of wine and then I had water.
Today I'm back to good eating - I had a half a banana around 1030am after we had all rolled out of bed.  I'm about to eat lunch now at 100pm which will be my chopped salad with chicken.  I'm also going to have a few crackers with my moms cheese ball - gotta do it, its so good and plus my quinoa is soaking so that can be my lunchtime starch...hehe...  Supper tonight is bbq chicken, quinoa (that is soaking right now) and roasted asparagus and broccoli.  Yum.
This week I will be super strict - only 5 nights until we leave for Florida and I am bound and determined to hit 130lbs before we leave.
