I went to the gym today for weight training and I don't normally weigh myself two days in a row but I knew that I had been quite clean and healthy yesterday so I thought what the heck. Well - I was down almost a pound from 132.6 yesterday to 131.8 today and body fat was down a bit too from 26.1 yesterday to 25.9 today. So that was a great jump and puts me even closer to my 130 goal. Yah!!!
I did a nice hard weight workout on my own today - the first half with kettle bells and the second half with free weights. Its so hot in the gym this week because its warmer outside, its killing me.
I ate a new Kashi cereal that I bought for breakfast - it has 3grams of sugar - the least amount I could find. Lunch will be my always chopped salad with chicken and quinoa. I made a large salad so I will likely have the rest of it for my snack this afternoon. I have a roast and potatoes in the crockpot for my family for supper because I'm going out with the girls tonight in Grand Bend to FINE. Its a set menu which I'm never a fan of but hopefully they have some things that I like. Excited to see some old friends.
10 more days until we leave for Florida and I soooo badly want to hit my goal. I think I can do it.
