Saturday meal plan

Just got home from a crappy step class at Sherwood - I have a love/hate relationship with my Saturday morning Step class.  For some reason, 80%of the time at that class the instructor goes wayyy back in time and plays old music and does old routines and nothing bores me more.  I barely broke a sweat today...grrr...
Breakfast before I went was 2 hardboiled egg whites and a small bowl of Kashi Cinnamon Crunch - its the lowest sugar and highest fibre Kashi cereal I could see at the store and its something I have the odd time.
Lunch today is my staple - chopped veggies with olive oil and red wine vinegar and my awesome husband just stood out in the cold and bbq'd me a chicken breast that I can chop up cold onto my salad. Yummy.
Then off to the spa with the little girls - so excited for them.
Supper tonight is bbq again  filets and chicken, roasted broccoli in coconut oil and quinoa.  So a great day.
Not much else to say today - sorry for the boring blog.
I've got a good topic for tomorrow.
