I hate this whole monthly condition that we women have to go through especially right now while I am training so hard and eating so well because as of today I am so bloated that I have no idea if its the PMS or if I have gained some weight and that is FREAKING ME OUT!! So I didn't even get weighed today and I didn't even make it to the gym this morning. Ran some errands with Jack and of course we ended up at Fisher& CO because I need a new pair of skinny jeans that fit really well. Got a pair - perfect, served lunch at Avah's school and now we are home for the rest of the day. I'm going to take the next hour to do some travel work on my computer and then I will do my home DVD - part cardio and part abs for today. That way I can just do the workout in my sweats, no one sees me - sometimes I just don't feel like getting all my Lulu gear on and looking cute. My eating is going to be really good today too. Breakfast was just 2 hard boiled egg whites since I wasn't going to work out. Lunch I just finished and it was my usual chopped salad with chicken and a sprinkling of quinoa. Never sure what snack will be - carrots and something.... Dinner tonight - I am making the family chicken fajitas and I am going to have an egg white omelette with peppers in it and a side of roasted asparagus in coconut oil. I want to have a pure and clean healthy day today before hitting the scale tomorrow morning. I'm sure I will be grumpy today because I will be hungry since its a totally clean eating day and I'm sure I will be craving......to bed early tonight - the only way to fight the cravings. By the weekend I will be back to normal and hopefully so close to hitting my goal of 130lbs.
