Well I for one am just loving the weather yesterday and today - light sweaters, cuffed jeans....love it. And when the weather is this nice I love to take the dog for long walks in the morning. Yesterday I did go to step class and I worked it. I was still sore from Fridays shoulder workout which actually ended up giving me a splitting headache for most of the weekend. Yesterdays workout loosened everything up but I'm sore from head to toe. So this morning I decided to enjoy the weather and do a nice long walk instead of the gym - its nice to change things up. So the pup and I are leaving right after this blog. Love the fresh air. Then I'm spending the afternoon in the kitchen. I'm addicted now to the greek yogurt, oat, honey muffins that I've been making. I removed the chocolate chips so now my kids don't like them but they are pure health. So I'm making a new batch today and I'm also making my own granola bars with greek yogurt, honey, chocolate chips and other stuff for the kids...I think they will love them.
So I keep fluctuating between 130-131lbs without any movement and its because I defiantly have been taking liberties with my healthy food. I'm eating probably 85% healthy which is great but I'd love to lose that last 5 lbs and then maintain that weight. So I THINK I am going to do something that I swore I wouldn't do but I can't say yet - I will know more on Saturday and if its a go, then that last 5 lbs should come right off and hopefully I will be feeling fantastic. (and no, it doesn't involve my plastic surgeon.hahaha....). Yesterday at the gym I wore a quite fitted coral coloured LuLu Lemon top with matching black and coral pants. I felt pretty darn good in the outfit but I could definitely see a little roll of something right around my midsection. I asked Meaghan about that and she thinks its diet more so than toning so thats whats making me lean towards this decision.
