PD Day and crappy weather but I'm feeling good

Today is a PD Day and with the kids being older it gets so much easier to have them both home.  I made a point of getting everyone up by 830am this morning and we were out the door to the gym by 945am.  I had my egg white omelette with veggies for breakfast and very much enjoyed it.  Did a good weight workout today - about 45 minutes worth while the kids were in the daycare.  Then we hit the grocery store and stocked up on some healthy eats and stuff for tomorrow nights engagement party that we are hosting.  Lunch was my usual chopped salad with chicken, quinoa, olive oil and balsamic and 6 tortilla chips with hummus.  Now Avah and I are about to cuddle on the couch on the cold dreary day and watch Les Miserables for the 4th time while I look through In Style and Vogue.  Snack today is going to be 7 cold shrimp, a few carrots and one of my new healthy muffins.  See my Facebook page for the recipe.  Supper tonight I am going to grill scallops - I make 4 for Tom and 3 for me - they are so filling.  I am going to grill them in Coconut Oil (never done that before) and tomatoes.  Roasted asparagus and mashed cauliflower.  Im pretty excited about supper tonight.  Then the trick will be no sugar tonight so I will have to keep busy - maybe surf the net for some new recipes....
I'm going to step class tomorrow morning and then we have 28 or so people coming for a party tomorrow night.  My biggest stress tonight will be trying to pick out an outfit.  Skinny black jeans and heels for sure - just not sure what to wear on top yet......
Oh and I've started my food journal again -that is key for me - I seem to run into trouble when I don't write down my food and I definitely don't drink enough water when I'm not marking it down.  So tons of water today too.
