We had a house full of people last night and had such a great party. I love fun parties and seeing all my friends and family. So fun. We served lots of appetizers but as the hostess you never eat much so I definitely didn't over do it last night - went to bed around 100am starving in fact. And I only had two drinks - 1 glass of champagne and a Skinnygirl Cosmo so I'm feeling great today.
We had our usual Sunday morning sleep in so no breakfast for me. Lunch was around 1230p and was my usual chopped salad with chicken and quinoa (and a big handful of doritos - badddd Sarah).
Snack this afternoon will likely be a greek yogurt shake since its already almost 300pm. Supper tonight is healthy - bbqd chicken for the kids and I - pork chop for Tom, roasted green, red and orange peppers in coconut oil, potatoes for Tom and the kids and quinoa for me. Lots of water too.
I've already planned supper for the next two nights - tomorrow I will do a pork tenderloin in the crockpot all day and then pull it apart for pulled pork - the kids and Tom will have it on buns and I will have it just as is. Steamed broccoli will be our veggie plus tomato and bocachini and fresh basil salad.
Tuesday is going to be my homemade chicken noodle soup.
So I have a base plan for the week.
I have all my veggies cut and ready - Tom will make me 6 chicken breasts tonight for the week. Hardboiled some eggs. Quinoa is prepared to take me till probably Thurs.
Feeling good about the week.
