I got my big box of Isagenix goodies today so I've decided just to get started....no more effing around and being nervous - just git er done...So tomorrow is the day. Here's how it works for me. Basically I have a shake at breakfast, one of their little snacks mid morning, a shake at lunch, one of their snacks mid afternoon and a healthy clean meal for supper. There's other little stuff in between, cleansing pills, vitamin stuff etc.....but thats the just of it. And if I'm totally starving I can have half an apple or part of one of their protein bars.
I'm very nervous about no diet pepsi - that is going to be hard for me and I'm sure I'll detox like crazy over that one. I'm nervous about no meal at lunchtime but as you read before I'm trying to keep busy. I'm excited about feeling amazing after a few days - once I get over the hump. So right now I'm about to have my goodbye diet pepsi...boo....
And then tons of water tonight to get ready for tomorrow. I had broccoli soup for lunch today and what a mistake - I paid for that within about 30 minutes of eating it. Dairy and I just don't get along anymore. And I've been bloated and sluggish the rest of the day which just shows me I'm ready to do this. I will weigh myself when I get up tomorrow morning on my scale which is 2 lbs heavier than Goodlife's scale so that I have an idea of where I'm starting out at.
I do have a stagette tomorrow night which is why I wasn't going to start until Sunday - but I can still have a nice healthy supper. I'm not supposed to drink but I am going to have 2 drinks plus water and chock it up to not a perfect day - I'd rather get started though so here I go - I'm sooo hoping that I am strong enough to do this. I think I can.
