A Perfect Tuesday

I love busy days like today because then I don't have time to think about or enjoy food that much.  I had a great workout on my own at the gym today first thing and then lunch at home was a bowl of cold quinoa with lime juice, chopped peppers and a few craisens and a chopped cold bbqd chicken breast.  So yummy and filling.  Then I had an appt at Fisher&Co to decide on outfits for Thursdays nights fashion show that Im modelling in.  I tell you, trying on clothes for an hour is crazy good motivation to keep eating healthy.  The most beautiful Diane Von Furstenburg dress that I ordered arrived in and its so perfect but if I gain any weight that sucker is not going to fit.  I'm wearing 6 fabulous outfits in the show - I love them all - most of them I believe I'm buying for spring.  And in typical Sarah fashion I had to spend some time consulting with Miss Brooke, my stylist about what to do for fall/winter - the look I want to go for because any day now the line sheets for fall will arrive and I want to pick everything out.  I always like to have a theme for each season - can you tell that fashion is just a little important to me??
Food wise for breakfast I planned on having a couple hard boiled egg whites but you know how the odd time you get hardboiled eggs that just won't peel - garbage!!!  So annoying.  So I ended up having one of my new healthy muffins and about 10 raspberries.  Lunch I already mentioned.  I'm having snack with Avah right now and we are each having another muffin with a shake I made for us with diet cranberry juice, fat free plain greek yogurt, ground flax seed, frozen strawberries and a banana.  Off to swimming lessons we go next, home at 600pm and then I'm making Avahs favourite cheesy herb penne that I will have a small portion of, along with chicken and I bought Tom some sushi - so a bit of a buffet tonight.
The sun is out and my mood is up - loving the smell of spring in the air.
